Kada Health Appoints Laura Reed, DNP, MBA, MSN, RN as Senior Advisor – Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Operations

Kada Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Reed, DNP, MBA, MSN, RN as Senior Advisor – Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Operations. A C-suite executive, educator and national thought leader, Dr. Reed brings more than three decades of transformational experience spanning clinical operations, workforce development, executive leadership and system-level administration.
Dr. Reed previously served as Chief Nursing Executive and Chief Operating Officer for Fairview Health System in Minnesota and held senior leadership roles at ThedaCare in Wisconsin and The University of Iowa Health System. Her portfolio includes oversight of complex clinical operations across academic medical centers, community hospitals, rural settings and post-acute environments.
Currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing, she remains deeply committed to elevating leadership standards and cultivating the next generation of healthcare executives.
